Come learn the fun art of alcohol ink painting with fire!!

Join us for an inspiring evening of creativity in the DIY Lounge @Dazed and ReUsed ?

We will teach you everything you need to know to create an amazing alcohol ink tile, including how to create your very own alcohol inks at home and a fun demo!

*NOTE: *You must be 16 or older. There will be fire involved! If under 18, you must BE ACCOMPANIED by a PARTICIPATING ADULT with a ticket. Only TICKETED PARTICIPANTS are allowed in the classroom during class.

This workshop is $35 per person. Includes all supplies, instruction and demo.

*You pick your colors! We put out a huge array of alcohol inks to play with!

*Check in at the counter upon arrival.

Celebration of Carols Concert @ First Presbyterian Church

Sing your favorite Christmas carols accompanied by choir and orchestra at this free annual holiday event for the entire family that combines audience participation with selections by choir, soloists, orchestra, and a pipe organ with more than 3,000 pipes! Held in the soaring sanctuary of Tacoma’s historic First Presbyterian Church, “A Celebration of Carols” is a one-of-a-kind event not to be missed. This year’s concert on Saturday, Dec. 8 is an official part of the Stadium District’s Dickens Festival. Come early to enjoy all of the activities of the Festival, including additional music, horse-drawn carriage rides, and more. Concert runs from 4:15-5:30 pm.

DIY Fluid Art – Acrylic Pour Canvas Workshop @ Dazed and Reused Art Studio

Experience a brand new kind of art, watch in amazement as you get hypnotized by your painting unfolding before your very eyes!

Join us for a VERY fun and inspiring time learning the AMAZING art of acrylic pouring.

You will learn how to properly mix paints and pour them onto a canvas and make the most amazing patterns!! We will teach you the dirty pour technique and the twisted pour technique to create Amazing looking patterns in your art.

We will share our perfected DIY pour recipe and provide you with a fun demonstration too!

Each person will get to create their own Acrylic pour art on their choice of a small, medium or large canvas.

You will get your choice of 3 colors plus black or white for a base color (no exceptions please).

Price per person:
$55 – 16×20 canvas
$45 – 11×14 canvas
$35 – 10×10 canvas

*PLEASE NOTE: Due to the nature of the art, these do require a minimum of 48 hour dry time and you will need to come back to pick up your work on our next business day or at your earliest convenience.

*Optional bring a box large enough to lay your canvas in for the drive home. Your art may change a bit.

PLEASE WEAR OLD CLOTHING THAT YOU DON’T CARE ABOUT, we WILL get VERY messy! We cant wait to see your AMAZING creations!!!!

Learn how to paint stunning starry night forest scenes on wooden ornaments with artist Nancy Franklin.

This class is $25 per person. All supplies ARE included. each person will get to paint two beautiful ornaments.

*NOTE: Recommended for ages 12 and up. Any persons under 17 years of age MUST BE ACCOMPANIED by a PARTICIPATING ADULT with a ticket.
