With two multi-platinum albums and one gold, plus their earworm hits “All Star” and “I’m A Believer” featured in Shrek, the band’s over-the-top pop has left its mark. Their music has been described as both futuristic and retro, unpredictable yet instantly recognizable. Every notably quirky and infectious song will have you singing catchy hooks, like “Walkin’ on the Sun,” “Then the Morning Comes,” or “Can’t Get Enough of You Baby.”

Spin Doctors also made waves in the 90s with funky mega-hits “Little Miss Can’t Be Wrong,” “Cleopatra’s Cat,” and timeless favorite “Two Princes,” whose irresistible groove and scream-it-back chorus took it to #4 on the Top 100 singles chart. Olmsted Legacy @ Washington State Capital Campus

Join us on the Washington State Capitol Campus to explore the Olmsted legacy. Historian and filmmaker Laurence Cotton will dive deep into the remarkable life and career of Renaissance-man Frederick Law Olmsted, considered to be the father of landscape architecture in the United States.

Cotton will give a visual tour of masterful landscapes designed by Olmsted, with an added focus on the Pacific Northwest landscape legacy of John Charles Olmsted, Frederick’s nephew and adopted son. Historian Jennifer Ott will also present, focusing on Olmsted landscapes in Puget Sound region. Conclude with a guided tour of the Capitol Campus led by Washington State’s horticulturalist Brent Chapman.

Light refreshments will be served.

THE CIDERS RETURN FOR THE 10th ANNUAL CIDER SWIG!

Cider Swig returns with dozens of Northwest ciders to sip, live music, contests and games, and award winning “curbside cuisine” by area chefs and their food trucks!

The tasting event will showcase more than 130 Northwest ciders in addition to wine, mead, beer and other regionally crafted libations. Born out of a commitment to community and the environment, and the love for local flavor, Cider Swig connects festival goers directly with the makers. And, the?Swig’s Pop-up Bottle Shop is back, so you can take your favorites home to enjoy.

Beyond sharing cider and other local/regional crafted sips with the masses, Washington’s largest single day cider-centered festival highlights our region’s agricultural heritage, reinforces community friendships, promotes local businesses, agricultural and environmental organizations, and showcases regional talent throughout the day.

We are excited to be back LIVE and have an amazing line-up for the 10th annual Cider Swig.
