Yoga at Lakewold Gardens @ Lakewold Gardens
Jun 27 @ 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm

In this busy and noisy world, finding space for peace, quiet, and connection can be a challenge. Like spending time in nature, yoga can foster peace, boost our mood, mental health, and emotional wellbeing, and nurture feelings of connection and unity. Delight in a tranquil balance with nature yoga in the beautiful sanctuary of Lakewold Gardens. On a grassy lawn encircled by champion trees, enjoy a Slow Flow that incorporates grounding postures with meditation and pranayama (breathing exercises) to connect to the harmonious rhythms of nature.

Summer Yoga classes are for all levels of experience. No yoga mat or yoga clothes required. Dress comfortably and bring a towel if you don’t have a yoga mat or don’t want to get yours dirty.
