Mar 17 @ 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm

Too many people think that eating healthy and plant-based is so expensive. In this class, learn how to effectively and affordably do your grocery shopping to fit every budget. We will talk about the essential must haves when eating plant based, where to find them and how to create different meals using some of the same ingredients. As always, a full plant based meal will be provided for all participants to enjoy together. We welcome ALL people- no matter what you eat, so come hungry and ready to learn and be inspired.
