Have an event that isn’t listed? Please email events@SouthSoundTalk.com with the following information:
- Name of Event
- Date, time and location (name of business if applicable and complete address)
- Organizer(s) name
- Cost

- SHORT description of the event

We will talk about the essential must haves when eating plant based, where to find them and how to create different meals using some of the same ingredients. As always, a full plant based meal will be provided for all participants to enjoy together. We welcome ALL people- no matter what you eat, so come hungry and ready to learn and be inspired.
