Freighthouse Square Model Railroad Show and Market @ Freighthouse Square
Jun 2 – Jun 3 all-day

From as early as the mid – 1820’s railroad history is almost as old as our country itself. We couldn’t have become the America we know today with out our railroads. One thing connects all model railroaders which is the love of trains and history. NW Entertainment is honored to present The Freighthouse Square Trainshow and Market. There will be Model Railroad Clubs from all over the West Coast displaying their layouts they have collected for decades, Z Scale, N Scale, HO Scale, Lionel and O Gauge. There are vendors selling trains and accessories or simply showing off their incredible collections. They added a market place to appeal to the whole family. This show is honored to be the largest in the Puget Sound area in 2018 and it couldn’t be more appealing to host it at the Freighthouse Square, a landmark for over 100 years!

The fact is that kids love trains and so we want to offer free tickets to children under 12! Since the grownups love them too the adults are only $6. Parking is easy and across the street! For additional information please call (360) 434-6575

The Mandala –
Many people and cultures have vouched for the mandala’s intrinsic meaning. Buddhists, Tibetans, and Hindus have all derived meaning from the mandala and its captivating beauty. Psychoanalyst Carl Jung has called it “a representation of the unconscious self.” The mandala is widely recognized as a meaningful reflection of its creator. Mandala art therapy & healing can be a great source of reflection on one’s soul.

Mandalas can be seen all around us, but are not just people-centric. They are larger than life. Mandalas represent life as we know it, but they also represent a larger ecosystem and universe that exceeds our consciousness.
