May is Military Appreciation Month and Dwayne Boggs and his entire team of home inspectors at Boggs Inspection Services want you to join them in showing your appreciation for military service members and their families. Taking the opportunity to honor all current and former members of the US military and their families is important to the Boggs team.
Performing home inspections across Pierce, Thurston, Mason, Lewis, and South King counties has put Boggs Inspection Services in close proximity to Joint Base Lewis McChord and nearby to Bremerton Naval Base. With thousands of families moving in and out of the region every year, Boggs Inspection Services has performed hundreds of inspections for current and former military members. “Whether they are buying a home and want the peace of mind before they make the major investment, or they are getting ready to sell and want to prepare with an inspection before they list it, we are here to provide thorough, detailed inspections with comprehensive reports,” says Dwayne Boggs, president and CEO of Boggs Inspection Services.
Boggs Inspection Services has connected with service members and their families as clients, and they have connections to the military in other ways as well. Members of the Boggs Inspection service team and some of their real estate partners are also made up of former military members, military spouses, or grew up with parents in the military.
Former Boggs inspector, Mike Wright, served in the US Army achieving the rank of colonel before completing his military service. His 30-year career in the military resulted in 18 moves, paving the way for his interest in home inspection, his keen eye for detail, and his commitment to excellence in every inspection. “Military minded, through and through, Mike was always impressed by our protocols for ensuring quality inspections for every customer,” says Dwayne. Though Mike has since relocated out of the area with his family, he stays in touch with Dwayne and the rest of the Boggs crew. “We really enjoyed having him as a part of our team,” Dwayne adds.
The military is the reason that Boggs Inspection Service’s Operations Director, Ana Ramirez, found herself in Washington. The New Jersey native was a military spouse for over two decades. “Having unique insight into the needs of military members and their families is essential when serving our clients,” says Ana.
Inspector Sean McClendon also has ties to the military. Sean got his start in life as a military kid. He grew up all over the place before his family settled down in the South Sound when he was a teenager.
Boggs Inspection Services was also recently recognized by MyBaseGuides.com as a Trusted Military Business. Achieving the Trusted Military Seal requires a thorough vetting and verification process. “Service members and their families place a high level of trust in us,” says Dwayne. “We are both honored and privileged to work with them providing comprehensive inspections, which gives valuable information about their homes and provides peace of mind.”
Boggs Inspection Services offers a $25 discount off inspections to military members every day of the year, and during the entire month of May, they have taken it a step further by doubling the discount to $50 in recognition of Military Appreciation Month. “It is one small thing we can do for the people that have done so much for us and our country,” says Dwayne.
